Catherine is the founder of Innovative Formula and a Certified Professional Trainer. She promotes learning by putting her audience at ease with her non-judgmental mannerism and quick wit, yet holding the learner accountable for their development. She has over 20 years of experience in facilitating, educating and training. She is the author of the book Teaching Children Computer Literacy. Catherine facilitates learning in the areas of communication, customer service, selling, supervisory and positive work attitude for executives from all levels. Educated as an IT Professional, Catherine has charted her career in project management, sales and executive search and training with local and multinational organizations.
