This programme turns the idea of conflict management `upside down’ as it suggests that conflict is necessary for an organisation to maintain its competitive edge. A `conflict positive’ environment is in fact an opportunity for growth, both for the individual and the organisation.
This 1-day programme will help participants develop ideas that put positive conflict to work, where participants will learn to use these skills to stay focused on resolving conflict among their team members more effectively.
