Kathy, Managing Director of Red Shoe Communications, is a communication skills trainer and coach. She brings with her more than 25 years of international experience working with MNCs. Prior to becoming a full-time trainer 14 years ago, Kathy served as Managing Director of Ogilvy Public Relations’ regional broadcast practice in Asia. She was also Director of Branding & Communications for SESAMi Inc, and she held communications positions at JP Morgan Chase and MasterCard International.
Kathy is the first person in Singapore to become a Certified Listening Professional (CLP™); she was also awarded Outstanding PR Mentor by the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore in 2012. Kathy is a Visiting Professor at the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University, teaching negotiation to MBA and EMBA students. She combines her management experience and effective coaching skills and techniques to prepare clients to handle all forms of ‘spotlight moments
