Kitty has been a partner since 2005 and has over 20 years of multinational corporate experience in the field of management, marketing and training. Her candid and approachable demeanour enables her to draw from her previous experiences in senior management positions to connect and bring value to the people she comes into contact with. As a Certified Professional Trainer, she brings with her a passion to build the skills of the people she works with and this is evident in her facilitating and coaching approaches. She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Public Administration at Universiti Utara Malaysia (Northern University of Malaysia) and Gold Medal recipient for the class of 1988/92. She has worked with clients such as DiGi, Air Asia, KFC, Astro, Accenture, Wincor-Nixdorf, Hong Leong Capital and Lenovo Malaysia to name a few. Kitty is an ACC Certified Coach, BarOn EQi Assessor and Certified Professional Trainer.
