Malliga has more than 17 years of experience in talent development in education, consulting, healthcare and information technology across Asia and the Middle East. She has served in organizations such as Marcus Evans as APAC Senior HR Manager and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as International Senior HR Business Partner which provided her with vast global experience in all areas of talent development including leadership coaching and succession planning. Malliga is a Certified Trainer and NLP Master Practitioner, a certified practitioner in Time Line Therapy ™ and a certified Master Performance Coach She has a BSc. in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University (USA), and MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Ballarat (Australia).
