Raymond has been in the IT & Education industry for over 22 years focusing primarily on the areas of regional and local Sales, Account Management, Channel Management, Product Marketing and Business Development. Raymond has held senior roles in his career with people management responsibilities in companies such as Digital Equipment, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Dell, Oracle and Xchanging. He brings invaluable experience and knowledge in diverse industries such as manufacturing, telecommunication, banking, Insurance and government, building in-depth relationships with clients, partners and vendors across Asia Pacific. Raymond is passionate about training, mentoring and developing large teams of people, and sharing his experience and ability. Raymond is a certified ITIL professional for managing large IT corporations and holds a degree from University Sains Malaysia with honors in Management majoring Marketing and Computer Science. He has also done an Asian executive program with Cranfield School of Management on leadership and Innovation.
