Throughout her career she has secured and delivered more than RM 250 million worth of business from her positions as GM of Public Sector at Microsoft Malaysia; Regional Sales Director for Public Sector at Oracle Corporation Malaysia; Channel Manager at Lotus Sales & Services; Head of the stock-broking sales team at Digital Equipment Corporation and Account Manager at Mesiniaga. Her training will tap on her strength and knowledge in her various leadership roles. Shahida is a Certified Coach/Mentor, BarOn EQi Assessor and Professional Trainer.
