In this powerful 3-module workshop, consisting of workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions and reviews, participants will learn to create action that will help their team members achieve the outcome they desire, create the space that allows them to explore opportunities, possibilities and address obstacles.
Participants will acquire the skills of coaching and understand how it differs from mentoring. Using the GROW model as a framework, they will learn active listening, powerful questioning, and learn to create enabling structures to help employees attain their goals.
Participants will learn techniques to cover the ICF core competencies of:
• Setting the foundation
• Co-creating the relationship
• Communicating effectively
• Facilitating learning and results
• Managing progress and accountability
• Approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) under the Approved Coach Specific • Training Hours (ACSTH) for up to 37 hours of coach training, this programme isaccepted as part of an ACSTH application towards an ICF credential. These hours are also accepted as • Continuing Coach Education (CCE) toward the renewal of an ICF credential.
