Valerie brings with her more than 20 years of management and training experience working in multinational corporations as well as non-profit organisations. Her 10-year career at Ogilvy & Mather brought working opportunities with clients such as American Express, Unilever, IBM, Seagram & Nokia, specialising in branding, marketing, one-to-one communications and relationship-building. As Managing Director at EMI Music Singapore, Valerie provided leadership and direction to restructure the Singapore office. She also served as Chairman of the Recording Industry Association of Singapore. Valerie is able to engage easily with people of diverse backgrounds and culture, from students to CEOs. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore. She is an ACC Certified Professional Coach.
