The Innovative Formula Group started out in Kuala Lumpur in 2002 when Catherine de Padua and Lilian Beh decided to step out of the comfort zone of their corporate world to embrace their passion to help others live their best. Catherine and Lilian still hold to the philosophy that when people are engaged in their own learning, the experience becomes more thought-provoking, effective and most importantly, enjoyable. We started out working from our homes with a firm belief that we could bring world-class leadership solutions with an Asian flavour to our clients. At that time, we had no idea that we would be blessed by a wonderful network of facilitators who had both a wealth of experience, expertise and passion towards working with others to help them with their workplace issues.
Subsequently, the partnership grew to encompass two new partners, Kitty Foo and Kenny Lum who brought with them great energy and inspiration. Together, we strove to bring amazing learning experiences, tools and workshops that brought behavioural changes that our clients needed. Today we are a team of 12, located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Singapore and Jakarta, bringing our skills and experience to present and future leaders.
