To understand your manager(s)’ personality type in order to communicate better and gain alignment on expectations and perspectives to deliver results.
Program Description
Most people work well with their peers and their subordinates. Curiously, they have difficulty communicating with their manager(s) and this often affects performance, motivation, their ‘fight or flight’ response, or even causes them to contemplate leaving the company.
This programme will help participants better engage and communicate with their manager(s) on key areas, including:
- Issues / problems
- Ideas and specific requests
- Career matters
- Performance appraisals.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to understand their manager(s) better, understand their expectations and develop a plan on how they can work better with their manager(s). This programme will lead towards a better understanding on how both parties can synergise better as a team, where participants will also benefit by being seen as more credible by their manager(s).
