Program Description

This programme is aimed at managers who have attended the Coaching for Results Programme or have previously attended another coaching program. It aims to equip managers to expand on their coaching capabilities to draw out the full potential of the people around them.
You will experience various coaching strategies and techniques that will allow you to create a conducive coaching environment with your employees, help them to shift their perspectives if those perspectives have become obstacles and to stretch those who have the potential to go places.
