Programme Description
This programme will help participants develop the skills to simplify complex issues, develop the ability to analyse a situation and decide on a course of action to solve the situation. Participants will learn how to ask the right questions, learn to see a situation from different angles, probe reasoning and draw conclusions based on the information available.
This program will use a variety of easy and practical yet effective thinking methods that are both creative and logical. Participants will learn effective problem-solving techniques to consistently identify and choose the best option among multiple alternatives.
