Programme Description
Meetings feature in every working professional’s day to get things done. Some people define meetings as the single most time-wasting activity at work. Ironically, many things can’t be done without meetings. The problem with most ineffective meetings is the lack of facilitation skills.
This program aims to equip participants with creative and innovative approaches to facilitate a meeting in order to harness performance – internal or external.
Participants will learn how to set the stage for an effective meeting and equip themselves with skills on how to promote ideas and discussions and facilitate decision making. They will also learn the art of summarising action items before closing off meetings in order to achieve the desired results in all their meetings.
