Successful Channel Management

Objective

  • To manage and drive efficiency in all sales channels (eg. face-to-face sales force, telemarketing, e-Commerce, trade shows, brokers, distributors, etc)
  • To increase penetration rates so as to grow revenue from existing customer portfolios ;
  • To improve the effectiveness of your organisation’s sales investments and interactions with customers.

Programme Description

This program is designed to help Channel Managers develop the right channel model, recruit the right partners, put in place programs that work, and help partners grow. Participants will learn the skills necessary for engaging with, and getting the most out of, partners. Participants will also learn to conduct effective performance reviews with partners that are not working effectively.

Who Should Attend

Channel Account Managers, Program Managers, Channel Marketing, and managers who are responsible for managing partners and partner programs.
