Programme Description
This program is designed to help Channel Managers develop the right channel model, recruit the right partners, put in place programs that work, and help partners grow. Participants will learn the skills necessary for engaging with, and getting the most out of, partners. Participants will also learn to conduct effective performance reviews with partners that are not working effectively.
